XSEED Offers More Bonuses With Ys I & II Chronicles
As if 80s nostalgia wasn't enough.
01.07.11 - 10:07 PM

You probably read about the Ys I & II Chronicles Hair Metal Pack that XSEED Games detailed just before Christmas. Now, the company is offering up even more incentive to grab the PlayStation Portable compilation. But you have to act pretty quickly. If you pre-order at GameStop anytime between January 7th (yes, that is today) and January 14th, you will have your choice of three pre-order bonus goodies: An Ys artbook, an Ys SEVEN soundtrack CD, or an Ys: The Oath In Felghana soundtrack CD.

To cash in on one of these sweet bonuses, you can either pre-order Ys I & II Chronicles online, or e-mail a copy of your in-store pre-order receipt (if it is between the above given dates) to support@xseedgames.com and indicate which item you want plus your mailing address. There's just one stipulation - it's an offer for US residents only. Sorry Canadians - though they did say on Facebook they would try to do something with Gamestop/EBGames up here too.

And if you need to catch up in your Ys PSP collection, XSEED has also brought the price of the limited editions (!) of both Ys SEVEN and Ys: The Oath In Felghana down to $29.99 US each, the same price as the regular editions.

Ys I & II Chronicles will be released on February 15th. The retail version, whose first run editions will be the Hair Metal Pack, will cost $29.99 US, while the download version will be just $24.99. Again, the pre-order promotion is good only until next Friday, so don't wait. And... go.
