Watch Final Fantasy Versus XIII's Trailer
At least this one didn't get a funky re-name.

With all the other news coming out of the First Production Department Premier, it should be known that Final Fantasy Versus XIII wasn't left out. Sure, it didn't get a re-name like other games, but what it did get was a juicy nearly seven-minute long trailer. Like previous trailers, this one begins by stating 'This is a fantasy based on reality' and shows all kinds of story scenes before actually getting into combat. Yes, combat, and in real-time at that. The game may not look as you remembered - but it has been in production for a long time. The end of the trailer suggests that Final Fantasy Versus XIII is still a PlayStation 3 exclusive. Square Enix will release HD versions of today's trailers on the 27th.
