Looks like she may be Black Rock Shooter (The Character)'s rival after all. In case you didn't catch it near the end, premium editions of Black*Rock Shooter: The Game will include a White Rock Shooter figurine from Figma.
Black*Rock Shooter will be released this summer in Japan, but has not yet been announced for North America. Perhaps we need to ask NIS America really nicely?
