Doctor Lautrec and the North American Release
Konami's first 3DS title is indeed gracing our shores.
02.17.11 - 10:53 PM

After learning about the game's European release, you knew it was just a matter of time before Konami announced intentions to bring Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights to North America, and this week it was made official.

Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights is a puzzle-based graphic adventure that - much to the delight of jaded gamers everywhere - intends to use the 3D capabilities of Nintendo's 3DS as a key component in puzzle-solving, not just a 'throw junk in your face' gimmick. With both this and a new Professor Layton game on the horizon for the handheld, it should be interesting to see how the games compare.

Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights is scheduled for release in North America (and Europe for that matter) this summer.

Oh, and there's several new screen shots and high-res artwork in our updated gallery!
