Faxanadu Makes Its Way To Virtual Console
Now this is old-school.
02.21.11 - 8:03 PM

If you ever wanted a taste of what an NES RPG that's not Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest would be like, today's Virtual Console releases could be interesting. Now available is Faxanadu, a side-scrolling action RPG from Nihon Falcom that was originally released in 1990. Yes, the same Falcom that brought us Ys as well as Dragon Slayer, which Faxanadu is loosely tied to.

Faxanadu in all its 8-bit glory is now available in Virtual Console for 500 Wii Points. For more on the game, check out our review below!
