In February, RPGFan got an invite to the Big Huge Games in Maryland, now part of the 38 Studios family, to get a first look at Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

I ended up being the editor tasked with this, and went in very skeptical. In a crowded RPG market, what was going to be different about this game? Without spoiling anything, let's just say I was impressed.
