Classic Dungeon X2 Gallery Update
Now with more Ys, The Legend of Heroes & Disgaea 4 collabs!
03.17.11 - 3:41 PM

Classic Dungeon X2 is Nippon Ichi's sequel to Classic Dungeon (ClaDun: This is an RPG out West) with X2 more weapons, items, dungeon area and so forth. Due out next week in Japan, a few more tie-ins were announced, thankfully not of the wacky variety. But they're likely to please fans of Falcom games, as there's Ys cameos:

(that's Lilia from Ys II)

And there's The Legend of Heroes cameos from Sora no Kiseki (Trails in the Sky) and Zero no Kiseki as well. Nippon Ichi hasn't forgotten about its own IPs either, as there's also a Disgaea 4 cameo. You know, in case you were having a Prinny withdrawal. There's also other cameos, such as Three-san, Wii-san, Sega-san and Hakomaru-san from the manga PS Triple.

Of course, if you've been following the series you know already that there's all kinds of customization options, like character editing. For example, in the spirit of St. Patrick's Day today - why not give everyone green hair?

For more pics, check out our gallery for 38 new screens and a piece of art. Classic Dungeon X2 for the PlayStation Portable will be released in Japan on March 24th for 4179 yen on UMD or 3000 yen for the PSN download. The title has not yet been announced for North America.
