Final Fantasy VI Heads To European Virtual Console, Too
Dear Square Enix North America, you know what I'm going to ask...
03.18.11 - 5:26 PM

It was announced earlier that Final Fantasy VI was hitting the Japanese Virtual Console on the Nintendo Wii, and it looks like another territory is now just as lucky. Final Fantasy VI, which only saw a PlayStation version over there, is available as of today on the European Virtual Console. Don't get confused if you go looking for it; it may be listed under Final Fantasy III since it's the North American Super Nintendo version of the game, which Europe never got - that's how it's listed on Nintendo's European websites.

Final Fantasy VI (Final Fantasy III) costs 900 Wii Points. Hopefully, this one will make it to one more Western Virtual Console...
