A Website Appears: Devil Survivor 2 Official Site
Now the party can start! Also, director provides details!
03.24.11 - 9:33 PM

In case you haven't already heard, Devil Survivor 2 was recently confirmed for the DS. Now to add to the anticipation, Atlus has opened a teaser site for it. There's no content as of right now, but it's only confirming that this is actually all real, and not something the fanboy or fangirl in you dreamt.

But if the dream being real doesn't satisfy you enough, the director Shinjiro Takada wrote a new entry in the Devil Survivor offical blog providing a depth of detail about Devil Survivor 2 and Devil Survivor Over Clock.

One thing is for certain, Devil Survivor Over Clock, a remake for the 3DS, will have new elements that weren't in the original Devil Survivor game. It will be a title friendly for newcomers, while still giving those who played Devil Survivor something new to look forward to, in particular, a never before seen 8th day scenario.

Those looking for more info on Devil Survivor 2 will be glad to know that a lot of care has gone into creating what the team feels is its final title for the DS. They want the game to go out with a bang. No longer are you just playing in central Tokyo, but now various major locations in Japan. The best part is that the story is completely fresh, so even newcomers can get into Devil Survivor 2 without playing the first game.

Keep checking back at RPGFan, and we'll update you with more details as they come.
