If all this Final Fantasy VI news is confusing to you, you're not alone. With the game's re-release pending on two different downloadable services and in multiple countries, even I have a hard time keeping up.

That said, following Final Fantasy VI's release on the Japan PlayStation Network this week, and the ESRB leaking info on the North American Virtual Console version, the ESRB has NOW confirmed what should be obvious: Final Fantasy VI has been rated for PlayStation 3 and PSP, so a release is inevitable.

The only question now is: Do you plan to get "Final Fantasy III" (based on the English SNES version) for the Virtual Console, or "Final Fantasy VI" (based on the PSone version) for your PS3/PSP?
