To be fair to Atlus, the word Overclocked was already taken by the
Devil Survivor 3DS remake. And now they have another portable remake in the works:
Growlanser IV: Overload for the PlayStation Portable. Originally a PlayStation 2 title, the PSP version promises new characters, new story routes, and as a result, new event scenes to go with them. Original routes and event scenes will also get an update, too.
The new characters include the cheerful Tricia, who takes care of Crevaniel; and the new familiar Spirit D-MD Type, who thinks familiars should simply be used as tools.
Growlanser IV: Overload will be out in Japan sometime this summer. Famitsu has a first look at the PSP remake here. The original, Growlanser IV: Wayfarer of Time, never saw a Western release.
