We recently mentioned that the Xbox 360 remake of 5pb's
Ever17 got a Japanese release date of July 28th. Now it looks like the visual novel will have both a regular edition for 7140 yen ($87.92 US), and a limited edition for 9240 yen ($113.78 US). The limited edition comes with a two-disc soundtrack CD.
The 360 remake of the game, which shares the same scenario writer as 999 (Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors), features a new ending, a redesigned theme park (the game's setting), and full voice acting for everyone but the main character.
5pb also released a short(ish) promo video today. For those who played 999 - does any of this video bring back any memories?
Ever17 for the Xbox 360 has not yet been announced for an overseas release. The original Ever17: Out of Infinity, a PC release, was published here by Hirameki International.
