Chaos Rings Omega Available Tonight in North America
Before we get into the sequel, dive into the all-new Chaos Rings prequel.
05.18.11 - 12:59 PM

The last time we talked about Square Enix's Chaos Rings prequel, it was scheduled for release 'sometime' in May. Turns out that 'sometime' is today. Following the game's availability in New Zealand, Chaos Rings Omega will be available tonight in the North American App Store.

Unlike the staggered releases of the original, the game is available day one with both iPhone/iPod touch and iPad editions, priced at $15.99 NZ and $18.99 NZ respectively. This COULD mean price points of about $12 and $15 in the US, but we'll know for sure later. Chaos Rings Omega will be available around 8pm PST/11pm EST tonight.

Oh, and we've both updated our gallery for the iPhone/iPod touch version, and added a new gallery for the iPad edition, linked below.
