With the Nintendo Wii action RPG Earth Seeker due for release towards the end of next month, Kadokawa Games have decided to grace us with some new gameplay footage! To put a bit of a different spin on things, they've brought voice actress Hisako Kanemoto in to have a go and give her thoughts on it. You can watch the video below, beginning with the 'Mysterious Treasure' quest.

Contrary to its name, Earth Seeker does not actually take place on Earth. After humans fled their home planet in spaceships, one of them crashed and terraformed into a new planet. In some weird freak of nature and science, the crashed ship spawned monsters that now roam this new planet freely. Reportedly, the game and battle system takes place almost entirely in real-time.

Earth Seeker will be released on June 23rd in Japan. While there is no official news yet on a North America release, Kadokawa Games filed a trademark for 'Rodea the Sky Soldier' quite some time ago. Keep checking back with RPGFan for any new developments!
