Final Fantasy Type-0 Gallery Update
Check out Eight, Arecia, and Gilgamesh.
06.17.11 - 2:14 AM

Final Fantasy Type-0 may not have had a presence whatsoever at E3, but talk of the game won't diminish because of it. Not to be overshadowed by Final Fantasy XIII-2, which was at the show, we've gathered some more screens and artwork of the PSP - particularly of some of the characters. Eight dislikes using weapons so he fights with his fists, and has a special move called Drift Ice Kata.

The purple-clad Arecia is the magic director at Suzaku's peristylium (magic school). Gilgamesh, as you might recall, is also in the game. Wielding a massive sword, he is from Genbu and will be a boss in the game.

The latest screens and art are in the gallery below. Final Fantasy Type-0 is apparently still due for a summer release in Japan - does anyone else think that if this is still true, it should have a date by now? Meanwhile, Square Enix is still trying to decide how to 'deliver the game' to Western fans. Whatever that means.
