Black*Rock Shooter: The Game is Imageepoch's next self-published title, due to hit Japanese shelves next month. The developer has been releasing videos each week featuring the characters, world and now gameplay. Not surprisingly, the battle system involves lots and lots of shooting. Here you see BRS attacking and evading, plus a heat gauge - this fills up as you attack and avoid attacks. Once it maxes out at 100, you won't be able to do much of anything. The lower the gauge, the stronger your regular attack.

Black*Rock Shooter: The Game for the PSP is due out in Japan on August 25th.
