The Lord of the Rings: War in the North has a finalized release date. At E3 we were promised a fall release, which is exactly what it will be, so don't let Amazon's August date fool you. The title, which allows for up to three player co-op, lets you choose between the human, dwarf and elf races, all of whom play a role in the Fellowship.
The Lord of the Rings: War in the North (PS3, PC, Xbox 360) releases on November 1st of this year. For more on the Collector's Edition, go here. If you're attending either GamesCom or PAX Prime this summer, the title will be demoed at both shows.
