2K Games Officially Announces Borderlands 2

2K Games officially announced today that Borderlands 2 would be headed for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC sometime in Fiscal Year 2012 (Between April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013). The game will be featured as the cover story in next month's Game Informer, and will be on the road with 2K both at GamesCom in Germany and at PAX Prime in Seattle. Borderlands will have more of everything - areas, items, classes, weapons, skills, enemies, you name it.
