The upcoming PSP RPG
Frontier Gate shares some striking similarities with
Monster Hunter. Well, except that it's turn-based. Sound strange? Well, check out the combat below and see for yourself!
In the second, and more recent, clip, you can take a look at character creation and some other pretty features!
You can create your main character, as seen in the video, but as anyone who's following this game knows, you also have a second (partner) character who joins you on your adventure. You can't customize this partner character, but you can choose them from a preset selection.
There is no set release date yet, but Frontier Gate is due out this year in Japan.
