It's been a while since we heard much on the much-anticipated
Mass Effect 3, but since BioWare is showing the title off at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, they shared some media as well. The newest trailer shows Commander Shepard leading his allies into battle against some Cerberus troops and an Atlas heavy mech. They don't show it in the trailer, but you can gain control of an Atlas, too.
They also released several more screens from another fight. The husks just want to be your friends. Really.
Although there's rumoured to be multiplayer in the game after all, details haven't surfaced just yet. Mass Effect 3 is due out on March 6th, 2012.
