Parasite Eve II Hits PSN This Week
Are you happy now?
08.21.11 - 9:22 PM

Several months ago, we thought we would see the Parasite Eve games release on PSN before the late March release of The 3rd Birthday. Back then, we got the first game, but the second wasn't even rated by the ESRB for PSN until sometime last month. Originally released on the PSone back in 2000, Parasite Eve II takes place three years after the first game and sees Aya help the FBI with yet another mitochondria outbreak - this time in Los Angeles. It also featured vastly different gameplay than the first game, which received a very mixed reaction from fans.

And now we can stop waiting. Parasite Eve II will finally be a PSone Classic when the North American PlayStation Store updates this Tuesday. A price wasn't given, but the first Parasite Eve costs $5.99 on the store, so we don't imagine PEII will be any different.
