Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny Release Date Washes Ashore

Natsume, publisher of Harvest Moon and champion of all things alpaca, announced today that Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny is set to release in North America on September 27th. The Wii version will run $39.99, while the Playstation Move-enhanced PS3 version will retail for $49.99.

To recap, Tides of Destiny puts players in the schizophrenic shoes of Aden and Sonja, two friends who find themselves suddenly trapped in the same body. To find a cure for their affliction, they set out on an island-crossing adventure on the back of a giant named Ymir. Players can expect all of the farming and relationship-building aspects that are typical of a Rune Factory game, in addition to improved combat.
