At Konami's pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference earlier today, they showed off the opening movie for tri-Ace's PSP RPG

Next up is a video showing off what one of the towns in the game looks like! The short video gives you a pretty good idea of what to expect.
Last bit of news is about a soon-to-be released demo. It will be available at the Tokyo Game Show for those in Japan, and for download on the first day of the show - September 15th. As detailed at the press conference, the TGS demo will let players select between single and multiplayer modes. No word if the downloadable version of the demo will have the same options. However, the download demo will allow you to carry your save data over to the final release of the game. Doing so will unlock some bonus items for your file.
Frontier Gate has been announced for release in Japan sometime this year.
