Nexon Adds New Dragon Nest Content + Media
Edge of Darkness update features new encounters, a faire, new costumes and more.
09.07.11 - 11:42 PM

While Nexon's free-to-play MMORPG Dragon Nest is still in open beta, the developers have been busy adding new content updates. The new Edge of Darkness update has players battling waves of enemies to defend the Goddess Statue, an encounter that ramps up its difficulty as it progresses.

Along with the Goddess Statue encounter, the update also adds the Daredevil Faire, which features several dungeons with special themes, such as Boss Rush, Treasure Run and more. The Faire is available to both low- and high-level players.

Next, Nexon has implemented a PVP Ladder system, ranking players' PVP activity in relation to the Dragon Nest community at large, and will match players to others of similar level.

Finally, several new costumes are now available for in-game purchase. Many of these costumes have been added to our gallery (linked below), along with a multitude of new screens. The official trailer for the Edge of Darkness update is below:

Dragon Nest is free to play and available now. See the game's official website for more info.
