Square Enix's Lord of Apocalypse, a successor to Lord of Arcana for the PSP, was announced yesterday as a PlayStation Vita launch title in Japan. The action RPG's first trailer comes out of Tokyo Game Show. Though it looks like just anime cutscenes at first, you'll see a bit of gameplay much later on. Looks like its predecessor all right.

Those crystals looks dangerous.

The PS Vita and its launch titles release on December 17th in Japan.
