Ni No Kuni PS3 Announced For North American Release
Hooray! But still no word on a potential DS release.

At a Sony Computer Entertainment Asia panel today, LEVEL-5 President Akihiro Hino stated that Ni No Kuni, their collaboration with famed anime production company Studio Ghibli, will see North American release in early 2012 for PlayStation 3. The game follows a young boy named Oliver who is transported to a parallel world on his quest to resurrect his mother.

Obviously, because this was announced at a Sony event, there was no word about the DS version of the title. We also don't know what involvement LEVEL-5's recently opened American branch has had with this localization. Keep your eyes peeled to RPGFan in the coming weeks for more information on Ni No Kuni.
