No Valkyria Chronicles 3 Out West
The first two games' sales weren't up to par.
10.12.11 - 1:58 AM

Although a Western release seemed less and less likely over time, Sega confirmed today what many fans had already suspected - Valkyria Chronicles 3 will not be coming overseas.

In a recent interview, Hiroshi Seno, Sega's team manager of console sales, was asked about the PSP title which saw its Japanese release at the beginning of the year. He confirmed there are no plans, as the system just isn't popular in North America and Europe. Furthermore, the previous installments had to achieve a certain number in sales in these territories - something which Valkyria Chronicles II last year failed to do.

Seno was then asked about the possibility of bringing Valkyria Chronicles 3 to the Vita as a download title. He only said that it would be discussed and decided upon in Sega's next meeting with Sony.
