At Tokyo Game Show, Namco Bandai announced
Tales of Innocence R, a PlayStation Vita 're-imagining' of the Nintendo DS title. This version will feature a new character, a rewritten storyline, and of course, a reworked battle system that will make use of the Vita's touch controls. Namco has shown trailers and screenshots, but here's some demo footage from TGS below. The first two are battle-centric:
