Not to be left out of
the DLC party, Square Enix and Obsidian Entertainment's
Dungeon Siege III gets its own piece of downloadable content today. Titled
Treasures of the Sun, this scenario takes players out to the Aranoi Desert in search of a lost Legion hero, only to stumble across the Azunite's biggest treasure. (Though really, if the lost hero is
this guy, I'd be happy to not stumble across him myself.)
Some changes and additions that come with the DLC include the level cap being raised to 35, some new abilities being made available, more enemies and items, and a chance to reallocate talent and proficiency points that you've used on your character. The new enchanting system now gives you access to powerful vials (via transmuting) so that you can enhance your weapons and armour.
Treasures of the Sun is out today on all three platforms (PSN, Xbox Live, PC) for $9.99 US or 800 MicroSoft Points.
