More special moves involving anime characters... and Japanese characters. The Kanji kind.

Heroes Phantasia for the PSP is one of Namco Bandai's many, many crossover RPGs, this time with several different popular animes from.... well, a while ago. Among the cast are characters from Slayers, Blood+, Sgt. Frog, Rune Soldier, S.CRY.ed, and more, plus original characters. Since parties consist of 4 characters, each face button corresponds to a different character. Depending on the formation of your party (which you can change using the d-pad), your characters will attack differently.

As always, the latest batch of screenshots - 76, to be exact, plus 3 artwork - feature a lot of special attacks and a lot of character dialogue. I wonder what it's like to be attacked by Kanji characters. Heroes Phantasia hits Japanese shelves on January 19th.
