Generation of Chaos, also localized by NIS America, was actually a PSP port of the PS2 title
Generation of Chaos IV over in Japan. The strategy RPG sees a corrupt empire try to take over the world with the power of dragons - ones that had been sealed away long ago after the gods had been defeated.

Generation of Chaos is available now on the Android Market for $14.65 CAD (and probably not much more than the US price).
