Risen 2: Dark Waters Trailer
This game's got a lot of bones.
03.23.12 - 6:14 PM

Piranha Bytes' action RPG Risen 2: Dark Waters lets you band together with pirates to fight off all kinds of monsters... including ones from the sea. The newly-released cinematic trailer below finally gives us a decent look at the action and characters:

Also introduced this week was a new character, Bones. He was once the old ship's doctor and a skilled distiller before he was betrayed by the crew - some of them friends - and left abandoned on a small island. Discovered later by Maracai Bay residents, they tried to help save him, but could only heal his body. His spirit, however, underwent many hardships, causing paranoia, fear of death, visions, tantrums and so on. Nowadays you will find him living with the tribe hoping for someone to free his soul.

Risen 2: Dark Waters is out on April 27th for PC and May 22nd on Xbox 360 and PS3.
