Plan Your Battles In Etrian Odyssey IV
Well, sort of.
05.22.12 - 3:03 AM

In Atlus' Etrian Odyssey IV, FOE's are special, stronger enemies that you'll see on the map beforehand (in case you want to avoid them). But if you get into battle with one, you can plan the battle somewhat. You can move characters between the front and back rows without actually using up a turn, useful in case you need to get a character further from the enemy and heal them.

This may not exactly sound like the most exciting gameplay detail ever, but here's an accompanying video clip of a battle anyway:

Etrian Odyssey IV for 3DS releases in Japan on July 5th. The title has not yet been announced overseas.
