Elminage Goes To Yet Another Era
Starfish's dungeon crawling series goes to feudal Japan.
06.18.12 - 10:25 PM

Though the Elminage series has never made it overseas, you've likely seen us mention the first-person dungeon crawler series' previous entries and their various settings. One of the most recent was Elminage Gothic which took on a dark fantasy theme.

The series' next entry, Elminage Another Tale starts off in a modern setting before launching you into Japan's Sengoku era. Because this entry is more story-focused, there are less customization options available than were in previous titles (where you had the option of importing your own pictures for party members, for example). You can, however, use the game's Shikigami capture system to get monsters on your side... mythical Japanese creatures with a brush art design, in fact.

Below is the game's trailer.

Elminage Another Tale for PSP is due out in Japan on August 30th.
