Ys: Foliage Ocean in Celceta Official Site Opens
The official subtitle is revealed, and... a shout-out to RPGFan!?
06.21.12 - 8:57 PM

Yesterday, we got word that the latest Ys game would be releasing in Japan on September 27th. Today, with the opening of the game's official website, we know the full title will be Ys: Foliage Ocean in Celceta. They really went literal with that translation, didn't they? Click on through to check out a few pieces of character art and a bit of lore in Japanese.

According to Falcom news site Endless History, a 25th Anniversary Commerative Set has also been announced for the game. The standard edition will be priced at 7140 ($88.96 USD), while the limited edition will be 8925 ($111.22 USD). No details on the contents of the limited edition have been revealed.

Also, a special note: RPGFan received a nod on the about Ys series page on the official site for awarding Ys SEVEN "Best Overall RPG of E3 2010." We love us some Ys here at RPGFan (or at least this excitable editor does), so as always, so take a look at the (small) gallery below and stay tuned for further coverage!
