During yesterday's Japanese Nintendo Direct presentation, Akihiko Hino of Level-5 announced a brand new
Professor Layton game, entitled
Layton Kyouju to Choubunmei A no Isan, which roughly translates to
Professor Layton and the Legacy of Super Civilization A. Scheduled to release next year on the Nintendo 3DS, the game will mark Layton's final adventure. Mire not in melancholy, series fans, as the upcoming

Professor Layton and the Legacy of Super Civilization A has not been announced for a North American release, but with the impending arrival of Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, chances of an eventual localization are pretty good.
