Pokemon X and Pokemon Y Announced For 3DS
And Pokemon Arrives in 3D. See the trailer inside!
01.08.13 - 9:53 AM

Via Nintendo Direct today, some major announcements were made for the Pokemon series. Pokemon X and Pokemon Y were both announced for the 3DS and are set for a worldwide release in October of this year. These are the sort of mid-generation games that include a handful of brand new Pokemon, but also all the old favourites. There are three new starters and at least two new legendaries that will be featured in the game.

Not only that, but Pokemon is finally stepping into 3D. Not only will the game have 3D capabilities on the 3DS, but all 3D models are used in the game too. Exciting stuff!

You can check it all out in the trailer below:

There are sure to be new developments over the next few days, so make sure to keep checking back!
