Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Beta Start Date Announced
Applications are still being accepted, so don't delay!
02.15.13 - 11:59 AM

Square Enix has announced that the Beta test for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, the rebuild of their once-unsuccessful MMORPG, will be beginning on February 25th. If you're interested in taking part, head over to the Beta test application site and submit your information. Remember that if you have a Legacy account, earned by paying for three months of the previous version of Final Fantasy XIV, you are automatically eligible for access and need not apply. The Beta will give players access to a limited number of game features for the purpose of collecting feedback, and will gradually expand until the game launches following Phase 4.

Producer Naoki Yoshida is currently on a media tour for the game, after which he will present the fifth "Letter from the Producer LIVE" on February 22nd. For more information, check out the relevant page on the Lodestone. Check back with us soon for continued coverage of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.
