RPGFan Hiring Drive 2013
We're looking for a few good volunteers for RPGFan.
05.12.13 - 9:38 PM

Are you a burgeoning games journalist? Looking to learn the ropes of the industry or just keep your writing chops intact? RPGFan is looking for several editors to join our team of volunteers.

We are looking for four types of editors this time around:

  • News Editors to handle everyday writing on the goings-on of the industry in both Japan and North America/Europe. Ideally, someone with a level of Japanese proficiency is best for the former position.

  • Reviews Editors, with a focus on PC titles, iOS and mobile games, and indie RPGs. Reviews Editors will often be requested to handle previews work, as well.

  • Pictures Editors to put together our galleries. Photoshop proficiency and a basic knowledge of HTML is a must.

  • MMORPG Editors, who will be a catch-all for this genre. News, Previews, Reviews, and features, if your nose is in the business of Blizzard, Trion, Cryptic, and the rest, this position is for you.

If you're interested in becoming a pro-bono writer for us, please click on the links below and send us some writing samples. We hope to hear from you soon.

Please note that we will be taking several weeks to review applications and interview with people - so don't fret if we haven't gotten back to you right away!
