New Pokémon X & Y Screens, Artwork & Trailer
Come see new Pokémon and areas, and perhaps some familiar cheeks.
06.19.13 - 9:21 PM

Sadly, Pokémon X & Y were not playable at Nintendo's E3 booth. Either that, or we weren't cool enough to get an invitation to play. The game's presence was felt though, with artwork adorning the center area, and perhaps the occasional trailer playing.

But that's okay, because we have a bunch of cool stuff today, starting with 26 new screen shots, showing off battles, exploration, Pokémon transfers, and more. We also updated our artwork page with hi-res logos and new character art, featuring new Pokémon like Clauncher, Talonflame, and Skrelp. And yes, some Jigglypuff too for good measure.

Finally, Nintendo offered up a new gameplay trailer, showing off over 2 minutes of the first 3D Pokémon game:

Pokémon X & Y are scheduled for release worldwide on October 12th, with an MSRP of $39.99 (USD).
