FuRyu's Exstetra Is All About... Kissing
No, really. Watch the trailer!
08.12.13 - 8:44 PM

Unchained Blades' developer FuRyu has another RPG in the works for PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS, with a rather interesting premise. In Exstetra, the main protagonist, Ryoma, who is shockingly an amnesiac, can pass special powers onto others… by kissing them. These powers turn them into Prisma Knights, who help you out when Tokyo has mutated and merged with another world called Amasia, and you'll need to save both. Among his victi- err, the people he turns into Prisma Knights are:
  • his classmate Mizuki Hoshino, who uses a bow and arrow - and also seems to have a bit of a crush on Ryoma,
  • the very energetic Masaru Mitsurai,
  • high school student Shiho who dreams of becoming an idol, and uses a gun in battle,
  • Jin, a swordsman, a member of the kendo club and who has already fought monsters,
  • a 'magical girl,' Akari,
  • the dagger-wielding Kotone.

So with all this, what are you in for? Have a look at the game's second trailer below for an eyeful of kissing.

Exstetra for 3DS and Vita goes on sale in Japan this November.
