RPGFan Music: Valdis Story: Abyssal City OST
You need to go listen to this. Fortunately, we've got a discount code!
09.14.13 - 3:17 PM

In an odd case of history repeating itself, I currently find myself playing through an excellent game that, were it not for my stumbling across the soundtrack several weeks ago, I wouldn't even know existed.

That game is Valdis Story: Abyssal City, and the soundtrack is nearly four hours of music. I've of course got more detailed thoughts in my review, but suffice it to say that this album (composed by Zack Parrish) is a strong contender for our Music of the Year awards. Check out my review (and samples for your listening delight) below.

BUT!

If you find yourself possessed of a desire to pick up this music, the composer himself has shone light upon you in the form of a 50%-off discount code. Head to the album's Bandcamp page (linked both below and on the review page itself) and toss in the code "rpgfantastic." Doing so will magically make less money disappear from your wallet/checking account/retirement fund, so I heartily endorse this activity. However-- you've only got until October 1 to use it, so don't dawdle if you're thinking of picking this one up!
