MapleStory 2 Annouced By Nexon
Don't worry, they aren't dropping support for the original game.
11.07.13 - 2:43 PM

Nexon has announced a sequel for their massively popular MMORPG, MapleStory. What's particularly interesting, however, is that they've said the new PC game will not take place in the same world as the original MapleStory, but will instead be rendered in 3D and played from an isometric point of view (think Diablo or Baldur's Gate).

Nexon has said they will be supporting MapleStory 2 alongside the original game. Beta testing for MapleStory 2 will go live sometime in 2014. An official release date has not been set.
