Atlus has gone all-in with their favorite franchise and announced a multitude of Persona games. First up is Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth
for 3DS, the game is being developed by the Etrian Odyssey team and the game is a spinoff mashing up Persona 3 and Persona 4 with chibi graphics. The dungeon crawler is set to be released in June 2014.
Then in the pipe is Persona 4: Dancing All Night, a rhythm game for the PlayStation Vita. Despite its complete lack of RPG elements, fans of Rise will follow her as she investigates the disappearance of her comrades-in-arms of the idol group Kanamin Kitchen.
Also included is a sequel to another non-RPG spinoff, Persona 4 Arena 2, which features some new members of Persona 3's SEES team to the battle.
For the finale, Atlus announced Persona 5 for the PlayStation 3, set for release in Winter 2014. This isn't the first time Atlus has announced a Persona game for the "last" generation, as Persona 4 was released for PlayStation 2 well after the release of the PS3. With a late 2014 date in Japan, it's easy to see this one slipping into 2015 in the US.
