Ys: Memories Of Celceta Now Available
So let's get caught up on trailers, shall we?!
11.26.13 - 2:19 PM

As part of the series' 25th anniversary, Falcom made Ys: Memories of Celceta, the PlayStation Vita re-imagining of Ys IV - and for fans in North America, today is finally release day. As with any Ys title, the game follows Adol Christin into a strange new evil-ridden land, and this time, he's an amnesiac. Memories of Celceta is said to be a great starting point for newcomers (myself included) with modern graphics and mechanics, and new takes on some of the classic Ys music.

Below is the launch trailer, followed by a series of character-specific gameplay videos:

Ys: Memories of Celceta for Vita is available for $39.99, and its Silver Anniversary Edition for $59.99 US. Be sure to stay tuned for our review - and if you're looking to catch up on past Ys titles, such as the PSP releases, XSEED's Tom Lipschultz hints that you may want to check out the PlayStation Store later today.
