Drakengard 3 Releasing On May 20th
... With a limited edition too!

Square Enix has announced the release date of Drakengard 3! The US release date is set for May 20 and the European release date is May 21. Although the European version will only receive a digital version whereas the American version will receive both the digital and retail version. The standard edition will cost $49.99 whereas the limited edition will cost around $79.99.

The limited edition, limited to 5000 copies and exclusive to the Square Enix Online Store, will feature a collectible poster, a soundtrack sampler, a prequel novella, premium packaging, and of course, the game. It will also contain the three pre-order bonuses: the Japanese voice DLC and two yet-to-be-revealed ones which will be made known on March 4 and then April 9. For those pre-ordering the regular edition, do so before March 4th to earn all three bonuses.
