Dragon Age's Alistair Not A Party Member In DA: Inquisition
Though that doesn't mean he won't make an appearance.
02.10.14 - 4:05 PM

Executive producer of Dragon Age: Inquisition, Mark Darrah, has confirmed that Dragon Age: Origins' Alistair will not be a party member in the upcoming title. However, they didn't rule out him making a cameo appearance, so it's safe for fans to hope he may still have an important role in the story. Specifically, Darrah stated Alistair is "not a party member. You'll have to wait and see on the rest."

Morrigan won't be a party member either, but she has long been confirmed to make an appearance in Inquisition. Additionally, BioWare is releasing detailed character art and design details in order to aid fans with art and cosplay. You can take a look at Morrigan's below, and they have promised there will be more to come soon.

Dragon Age: Inquisition will be released on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC late this year.
