Newest Pokémon Diancie Shown In First Trailer
In other news, Ruby and Sapphire OST now on iTunes!
02.14.14 - 9:24 PM

New details on Pokémon #719, Diancie, have been slowly pouring in over the last few days. Today, Nintendo released a new trailer which showcases the brand new Rock/Fairy type creature. You can watch it in action below:

We already knew Diancie has the Clear Body ability and is capable of using Hyper Beam and Explosion, but we now also know Dazzling Gleam, Calm Mind, and Power Gem are also in its arsenal. In what is perhaps the strangest piece of information though, is that Diancie is a mutated version of Gen VI 'mon Carbink. Since Diancie will be distributed via event, it's unlikely this will have anything to do with the evolutionary process, however.

The end of the trailer states details on Diancie's distribution to X & Y are "coming soon," so stay tuned!

Finally, the soundtrack for Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire is now available on iTunes! It contains 109 songs and costs $9.99 USD or Ł7.99. You can expect the soundtracks of Diamond & Pearl and Black & White later this year.
