Music of the Year 2013 - Day Two
We chat with Shota Nakama, mastermind of the Video Game Orchestra.
03.11.14 - 9:54 AM

The celebration of 2013 in music continues with day two, as we sit down (figuratively speaking) with Shota Nakama, the founder of the Video Game Orchestra. Spreading merry melodies via live rock-estra performances for several years now, the VGO has also recently been involved with the creation of Square Enix's Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII original soundtrack, as well as a successfully-Kickstarted live album from their performance at Boston's Symphony Hall.

Shota graciously gave us some of his time to talk about the group's latest and greatest, so be sure to have a look to see what's in store!

And of course, don't forget to check back in tomorrow for day three, which may or may not involve a certain composer responsible for bringing the world back after a devastating encounter with the lesser moon Dalamud.
