Persona 4 Officially Being Released as a PS2 Classic
In less than a week, even!
04.03.14 - 9:37 PM

That was quick. Confirming a leak by the ever-handy ESRB just yesterday, Atlus today announced that Persona 4 is indeed coming to the PlayStation 3 as a PS2 Classic.

Even better? It releases in five days, on April 8th. As a PS2 Classic, this release won't support the extra content and trophies seen in the PS Vita's Persona 4 Golden, but it's still nice to see it join the Classics lineup. As a fun aside, Atlus adds:

Astute fans will recognize the date is three days before the main character transfers to Yasogami High School, so if you're the type of super-dedicated player that wants to play the game exactly to the calendar date, there's still time!
